Just came back from Cartagena this morning, and I have to say that Mila was the worst experience I had. It wasn't because of the food, because honestly we never got to taste the food. We flat out were ignored by the staff. We weren't given menus, then no one took our order, and after they took our order (I flagged them down) it never came, while in the meantime two other tables arrived, were served, and had paid their bills. The only difference between us and them was that we were Asian. The waitress was not even apologetic about our experience, she seemed glad that we were leaving.
